Back in August we booked a trip to America with The Holiday Shop for our daughters 21st birthday. The booking process was seamless. We gave preferred dates, where we were going and Louise did the rest. I had roughly priced the trip myself so no surprises but we were very happy with the price paid and the flights and hotels were an upgrade on anything I could have booked within our budget. The booking was not straight forward either as we traveled to New York as a 4 then met my daughter and her partner in New York for a few days then onto Miami as a 6. Coming back, we came back to the uk and the other 2 to New York but Louise had booked our return flights at the same time so we could be at the airport together before going our separate ways. I will definitely use The holiday Shop again. Louise is amazing at what she does 🙌

We left Louise with a budget, a list of destinations and dates to arrange our honeymoon. I cannot explain how incredibly planned this honeymoon was, Louise exceeded all expectations and has such a strong eye for detail. Everything was seamless! She ensured every aspect of travelling from 1 destination until we got home to went smoothly! Even on a holiday of her own she was literally on call for any queries we had. The most impressive and outstanding holiday we have both ever been on. If you haven’t already seen the golden envelopes she made us check them out they were just INCREDIBLE! We scratched the cards at the airport to find out the next destination with hints for each place! In a seperate envelope it had details of our hotel, details of our transfer and other important information we required! Thoughtful, detailed and absolutely PERFECT! We cannot speak higher of her! We literally didn’t have to stress or worry about anything! If you are wanting to book a holiday PLEASE GET IN CONTACT WITH HER! We leave all our trust in her and we would book through her hundred times over!

Booked two holidays through Louise at the holiday shop. First one was to Florida with the family also adding my parents on last minute to join us which was done no problem in the same hotel. I booked a second holiday to Las Vegas then onto Mexico from their with my wife and everything I asked for was correct and what a holiday it was!! I would highly recommend Louise booking your holidays it makes it easy instead of searching through all the different holiday company’s etc… I am looking to book a 3rd trip with Louise in the coming month.

My friend and I wanted to go on a cruise, I’ve done Disney before but wanted something different. After a discussion with Louise and she knew exactly what we would enjoy. She was very knowledgeable about cruises especially virgin voyages. We booked a cruise from Athens to Croatia, Montenegro and corfu. Louise booked us a lovely hotel in Athens, in walking distance of all the main attractions. Hotel was very clean with large rooms and lovely restaurant. Our cruise was fantastic. Virgin voyages are 1st class with fantastic food and entertainment. Thank you again Louise, we will definitely be booking another cruise with you again soon.
